Roles and Responsibilities We are in Search of Senior Faculty – Management with exceptional academic & administrative qualities.
Job Responsibilities:
- To teach at undergraduate and post graduate level in areas allocated and reviewed by the Head of Department.
- To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
- Undertaking a range of administrative tasks.
- Building a strong student connect by counseling and mentoring.
- Maintaining knowledge of, and implementing, college policies.
- Liaising with other educational professionals and organizations.
Requirement
- Ph.D with 15-20 years experience in teaching, research &/ or industry.
- A strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling contributions to teaching UG & PG programmes.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
