We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy, leading our sales and marketing teams, and identifying new business opportunities.

1. Commercial Strategy: Setting clear commercial objectives, targets.

2. Commercial Development: Identifying potential partners, collaborators, or clients developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, industry associations, and government agencies.

3. Revenue Growth: Identifying and pursuing new revenue streams, such as corporate partnerships, licensing agreements, or strategic acquisitions.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Developing and executing stakeholder engagement plans, including communication strategies, events, and other activities.

5. Budgeting and Financial Management: Developing and managing budgets for marketing, admissions, and business development. Allocating resources and tracking expenditure to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

Educational Background:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2. Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.

The candidate should be under the age of 40.
