Job Title: Recruiter
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience

Job purpose: Sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals.

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• work on job portals , find and attract qualified applicants for open positions.
• Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
• Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the organisation’s strategic planning.
• Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month

• Day shift

• Lalpur, Ranchi, Jharkhand, Ranchi – 834002, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
