Imagine Communications is recruiting for an Oracle Fusion Cloud functional expert with at least 10+ years of experience in supporting and implementing Fusion ERP cloud (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash)

• Required to work independently with business users and gather requirements

• Analyze support issues for root cause and drive issue to resolution

• Responsible for functional and technical support to Oracle Fusion Cloud end-users in a corporate environment

• Expert in data reconciliations (GL to subledger, Cash to banking, Orders to Invoicing, etc)

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with intercompany invoicing, transfers, and configurations between modules

• Responsible for producing functional specifications / requirements and test scripts documents

• Responsible for test script execution for new objects, patching, and upgrades.

• Responsible for creating and modification of advanced configurations such as Subledger Accounting Rules (i.e. Supply Chain, Order Management, Purchasing)

• Training of business users on Oracle Fusion Cloud functionality and integrations

• Support customers with rollouts of new functionality and/or new geographies

• Create user manuals on Financials modules as per requirements

• Status reporting on the incidents and service requests

• Creation and monitoring of service requests when needed

• 10+ years relevant Oracle experience – EBS and 5+ Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Experience with intercompany invoicing and configurations

• Previous configuration and/or implementation experience for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

• Ability to build strong relationships across teams

• Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration

• Advanced expertise utilizing key collaboration tools such as MS Project and MS Teams

• Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and teams and an understanding of the right questions to ask

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues

• Strong experience in Change Management and Business Process Mapping

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur

• Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
