Location: IndiaSummary: Responsible for developing domain knowledge of data annotation in Computer Vision as applied to autonomous vehicles. It includes learning about high accuracy maps (used by self-driving cars), client process knowledge, and hands-on tools. The work involves variety of tasks such as: digitizing roads, streets and features such as road signs and associating road features and other map objects in 2D and 3D environments as per business needs.Specific responsibilities include:

• Client Instruction Analysis: Perform deep analysis of client instructions to identify gaps related to CAD/GIS with technical drawings using
• AutoCAD or such other CAD software and clarification points, analyze production data to detect edge cases, collaborate with client to ensure satisfactory resolution
• Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs of Delivery personnel in a project through various means, for example: conduct assessments and analyze errors, provide production support and analyze queries/ errors/ improvement areas, perform quality check on production work
• Training: Develop an effective training plan to cover client instructions and tool knowledge including feedback on tools and contributes to policy and tooling discussions, create engaging training content, deliver training physically or virtually, measure training effectiveness through pre- and post- training assessments as well as improvements in production performance
• Assessments: Design assessments that provide coverage and deep exploration of client instructions and edge cases, conduct assessments at regular frequency, analyze assessment responses to identify areas of poor understanding and plan corrective action
• Production Support: Provide effective production support, resolve queries related to process or tool, analyze queries and production work to identify areas for refresher training
• Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance domain knowledge and hands-on tool capabilities, facilitation skills, training content design skills. Also, able to effectively articulate software issues and needs with sufficient detail to allow engineering analysis

Basic Skills

• Excellent command over English language written and verbal, ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-border colleagues
• Good presentation, communication and facilitation skills
• High comfort level with using tech tools/platforms for digital drawing & mapping
• Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Multi-tasking and time management including some level of QA & Review of other’s tasks

• Computer and tech Savvy person looking to move into fascinating field of AV & AI
• Experienced with or exposed to working with CAD and/or GIS software to produce digital drawings by extracting features from 2D and 3D data
• Passionate about technology, self-learner who keeps abreast with latest developments
• Previous experience in graphic design, digital image manipulation, using web applications in an AI/Self-driving setting or similar a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Must be comfortable in ambiguity and constantly evolving environment

Trainer Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science/Commerce/Humanities, Diploma or Technical degree
At least 5+ years of industry experience, and at least 3+ years of L&D experience as a trainer, in IT-enabled process environment and exposure to overseas/cross-cultural client setup including CAD/GIS Services/Tech savvy fresh graduates having CAD experience
Professional certifications relevant to L&D, IT, Content Development and relevant domains would be an added advantage, any Technical Certification etc.ReportingTo the center or functional headJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR30,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
