Looking for Business Development Executives on a Commission Basis for the first 6 months. Will be considered for Permanent position based on the performance and attitude after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• To source clients for IT, BPO, Consulting divisions.
• Reporting on a daily basis
• Lead Generation
• Market Update.

Remuneration:

• First 6 months: Commission based on the Slab System of Clients (Small / Medium / Large, etc.), Industry, Scope, etc.
• Permanent positions will be offered based on the performance and attitude. Median Salary will be INR 30,000/- , varies per individual, and will be fixed by the Management based out the output, consistency, and attitude
