Start Date: ImmediateResponsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets for various departments and projects, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular forecasting and variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance and potential risks or opportunities.
• Lead the process of finalizing accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial data, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support management in strategic decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial reports and analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in management accounting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA), Inter CA, ACCA, or CMA.
• Proven experience in management accounting roles, with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
