Job Description

You will be closely working with Team Manager to recruit for roles such as US IT Recruiter, UK IT Recruiter, Healthcare Recruiter, Compliance Officer, Payroll Officer, Recruiter, Accountant.

• Write and post adverts across job boards, social and business networking websites
• Manage advert responses
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
• Contact candidates and conduct primary interviews, i.e., pre-screen candidates
• Evaluate candidates as per the given criteria
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Feedback candidates after the interviews along the various hiring stages
• Help with new hire on-boarding

Experience:

• Excellent English communication skills with Minimum 1-2 year of experience in recruitment
• Understanding of the recruitment process
• Ability to use job boards, applicant tracking systems and recruitment related tools for efficient hiring
• Experience conducting telephone interviews

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR12,000.00 – INR20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
