Job Responsibility
The Accountant will be responsible for managing the daycare’s accounts, financial statements and collating all customer and vendor invoicing. The accountant shall be dedicated, hard-working and energetic. Following are the responsibilities of INAAYA daycare’s Accountant:
· Collate all invoices, prepare vouchers and enter into the accounting system (Tally or equivalent).
· Arrange for vendor payments and receiving from customers in co-ordination with management.
· Ensure all accounts are updated regularly and reflect in the accounting software.
· Prepare accounting/financial statements on payments and receiving.
· Liaison with management and Daycare Head regarding any invoicing or accounting issues.
· Prepare tax filings including TDS payments, returns etc.
· Prepare GST filings & payments.
· Manage payroll software (GreytHR or equivalent) and ensure timely salary payments and reimbursements, if any
· Prepare weekly accounting reports for management’s review.
· Prepare compliance chart on regular basis.
· Co-ordinate with internal/statutory auditors.
· Co-ordinate with tax experts.
Qualification, Experience & Skills Required
· B. Com or Graduate with degree in accounting, preferably CPA or CA.
· At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in education or child care sector.
· Male or female, aged 30-45 years.
· Deep knowledge of Tally.
· Proficient in MS Office Tools (especially Word, Excel, PPT)
· Fluent in English and Hindi.
· Good communication skills.
· Pleasing personality with professional attitude and genuine love for children.
· Dedicated, hard-working and proactive.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
