Role Description

The Ideal candidate should be able to go through requirements documents and develop good understanding of application and able to develop test cases based on the requirement.

Role and responsibilities

• Design and contribute on test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures.
• Raise, maintain, and close queries with Business/ Development team and share query log.
• Understanding of requirement traceability matrix, Bug tracking, risks and escalations management, hands on established automation tool.
• Experience in developing Test cases covering regression and integration scenarios.
• Flexible work style, comfortable with adapting to various work assignments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Review, maintain and improve current automated software test methodologies and processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Technical skills requirements

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

• End-to-End Functional testing
• Experience in Pharma domain (Clinical Applications), understanding of GxP requirements and documentations
• Understanding of Defect lifecycle

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience in automation or database testing
• Hands on experience in SQL queries

Qualifications

• Graduate in CS or equivalent with 5 to 7 years of Quality Assurance profile.
• Good experience working in Agile testing projects.
• Good exposure in Functional testing, Quality testing and Scalability testing on multiple environments including web and mobile.
• Hands-on experience with testing web applications, multi-tier applications and web dashboards.
