Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who can maintain the customer relationship, update the customer with the latest services. And we are looking for the one who can perform and support our services team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Oversees all he interactions between a company and its customer. Aim to provide a consistent positive experience to the clients. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest services in order to increase sales. Work on coordinating with services team Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. Conducting business reviews using CRM programs. Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.REQUIREMENTS Diploma / Degree in a related field Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Effective problem-solving, planning and analytical skills Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills to complete work in a timely manner The ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervisionJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, FresherSalary: INR16,000.00 – INR19,000.00 per monthBenefits:
