You will be responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with ISO Standards and internal policies.In this position, you will perform a range of duties including evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, assisting in creation of entire documentation, reviewing company processes, and leading training sessions. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the latest industry procedures and regulations.Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility will be to coordinate activities to ensure the Quality Management System is meeting ISO requirements
• Preparing ISO Documents and maintenance
• Activities to include -Participates in the coordination and execution of Operations Quality Management System
• To ensure process and procedures are controlled, accurate in reflecting the current process and meet the ISO expectations. (As per ISO Standards)
• Provides guidance for Quality Management System internal audits. Recommends and participates in the corrective actions to resolve identified issues
• To conduct Internal Audits to Evaluate the Internal team & reports to Organisation
• Audits and provides guidance for corrective action
• Create New System / Manual’s – with respect to ISO standards
• Analyse the Gap of Defined in system & Reports to Organisation
• Develops, evaluates, revises, and implements QMS documentation
• Performs analysis for teams against their target
• Responsible for conducting Risk Assessment for departments and tracking risk mitigation actions till closure
• Responsible for ensuring timely closure on audit findings and ensuring root cause is captured and corrective action is implemented.
• Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
• Conducting compliance risk assessment training workshops

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or relevant field
• ISO Certification an advantage but not mandatory
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or similar position
• Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations in terms of ISO
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
• Data migration, transformation, and scripting
• Should be familiar and up-to-date with industry best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: INR40,000.00 – INR50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
