1) Recruitment, Training & Development of Recruiters.
2) Work as point of contact and fulfilling their hiring mandates.
3) Achieving direct and team target of joining.
4) Learn, explore and adopt the modern and latest technology in recruitment.
5) Manage end-to-end recruitment
6) Ensure attendance of candidates in interview, offer negotiation, timely joining and retention completion.
7) Adherence to TAT / SLA with clients for hiring.
