Responsibilities
1. Efficiently manage inbound and outbound phone calls and messages, handle customers and
provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure
resolution.
2. Assist and support internal recruiters and support their searches from the veterinary medical
community by shortlisting through initial communication.
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication.
4. Follow communication/customer query escalation procedures, guidelines and policies of the
company.
5. Effectively communicates and coordinates with employees/service providers.
6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Requirements and Skills
1. Minimum education of diploma in medical/pharmaceutical field and have a good understanding
of medical terminology and products.
2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
3. Must be able to communicate eloquently in English and Hindi.
4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active communication through calls, messages, emails
etc.
5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
8. Should be able to work from home
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
