About the company: India Fellow is a 13-month social leadership program for young Indians willing to work at the grassroots and find their leadership potential to make a difference. It is an experiential journey to immerse in the social realities of our country and being our best version to build a better future. Due to the lockdown, many people across the country are in distress. We are supporting them with cash in their bank accounts, to access what they need and have a choice in doing that. Know more and support here: http://bit.ly/2VNUTa8 About the internship/job: Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work at the grassroots. The fellows spend 17 months working with an organization committed to bringing social change. This can be anywhere across the country. The fellow is expected to live in their work area, typically a rural or a peri-urban setup 2. Participate in the training. India Fellow has 45 days of residential training, divided into 3 parts of 15 days each. The India Fellow pedagogy is unique; it engages a strong collective of practitioners, academicians, and researcher 3. Ensure constant engagement. Throughout the duration, fellows document their observations, experiences, and insights; engage in online courses and fundraising to build a holistic understanding and gain crucial skill sets 4. Undertake mentor-ship. Every fellow is exposed to a pool of mentors, who are experts with huge experience in their domain. Along with that, the fellowship ecosystem consists of facilitators, alumni and experienced professionals who are available to interact Who can apply: Only those students or freshers can apply who:

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• have relevant skills and interests
• can start the internship between 23rd Mar’21 and 27th Apr’21
• are available for duration of 6 months
• have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
