Job Description

Position: Sr. Executive Digital Marketing Reporting to : Pritam Sawant – Deputy Director Marketing Work Expereince – 2-3 yearsResponsibilities

• Plan and get executed all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and Organic and paid marketing display advertising campaigns

• Manage Influencer marketing activities

• Design, build and maintain our social media presence

• Manage and optimize all social media accounts including FB/Insta/Youtube/Sharechat/Twitter/LinkedIn/Quora

• Execution and co-ordination for building and developing ICS Website & application

• Manage Website + Social Media Tracking, Responses

• Co-ordinate with agencies on monthly quarterly and annual calendar

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for increasing the digital reach followers and views as per quarter and annual goals

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements and skillsShould have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This position will work with the marketing team, supporting other teams (such as program heads), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing or a related field Validated Certification on Digital Marketing Proven working experience in digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Working knowledge of website analytics and ad serving tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ad words, Face Book Ad Manager, You tube Ad Manager) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementRemuneration – Market Rates, negotiableJob Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporarySalary: From INR35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
