JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients’ branding. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Creating, testing and improving the design of the website.
• Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
• Working with different content management systems.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
• Ensuring website function and stability across devices like desktop, mobile, tablet etc.
• Design graphics, animations and manipulate digital photographs.
• Register web domain names and organize the hosting of the website.
• Carry out coding using a variety of software.
• Search engine optimization (SEO).
• Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Developing skills and expertise in appropriate programming languages such as HTML/JavaScript.
• Perform all the possible duty as assigned.

JOB SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and other design tools.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Good understanding of content management systems (CMS).
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent visual design skills and communication skills.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards and technologies.
• Creative and open to new ideas and adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
• Self-confident and sociable-ability to network effectively.

EDUCATION AND EXEPRIENCE

• Certificates/Diplomas/Degrees in Computer Science, Graphic Design or related field.
• Previous office experience may be requested but this can also be entry level position.
• Excellent knowledge of Coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Dreamweaver), Programming (.NET, XML/XSLT, ASP, PHP, Python, Django), Design and Graphics (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash), CMS (WordPress, Adobe Business Catalyst, Drupal, Joomla).

JOB PROBATION PERIOD: 03 Months. During this period, Salary of Rs. 9300 Per Month will be paid. After that, Salary of Rs. 12000 Per Month will be paid and it will be increased on the basis of performance.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
