Job Purpose

ISB Executive Education has a fast-paced and high-growth environment with more than 50 programmes delivered annually.
This role requires the incumbent to support the learning design team, and brand and programme campaign collaterals with the right outputs.

Job Outline

We are looking for a Video Editor, or Video Production Editor, for reviewing audio and visual footage and using the right tools and techniques to organize them into a compelling story for marcomm. And programmatic content.
The video editor should have reasonable understanding of pre-production, production and most importantly, post-production work. The editor should have sound knowledge of professional audio and/or video tape editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards.
A good understanding of the executive education/ EdTech space and web development skills would also be highly desirable.

This is a great opportunity for an articulate, and organised creative individual to make an impact on a large department of a globally renowned business school. The incumbent will be required to drive consistency and adhere to school-wide branding and design standards, ensuring that the school’s reputation is upheld. Must also demonstrate the ability to handle a high volume of creative output at any given time for timely execution of the business plans. There is ample opportunity to grow and experiment with motion graphic ideas and expand one’s horizon.

• Bachelors / University Degree in relevant field

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, digital marketing and/or web-design

• Experience in the EdTech sector would be highly preferred

• Skilled in at professional video creation/ editing tools

• Outstanding experience with Adobe CC including Premier, After Effects, Photoshop and other video creation and editing tools

• Proven ability to work independently, with stringent timelines.

• Great written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong communication and advocacy skills and a can-do attitude
• Keeping abreast of and a good understanding of latest in motion graphics
• Creative flair, innovative ideas, and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable at visualising to communicate ideas clearly and quickly

• Ability to continuously improve on current designs and keep up with latest trends in design and communication specifically in the EdTech space

• Working experience on graphic design

• Ability to provide innovative and creative ideas regularly
