What you need to have:

• 5 or more years of experience in Account & Admin. sector, work in NGOs preferable
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in small teams and flexible ways of working
• Target orientation and the ability to work with people.
• Understanding of NGO work execution
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Establishes priorities for self, schedules activities to ensure optimum use of time and resources;

• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.

Job Summary

• Responsible for the day-to-day general accounts and admin related works of the organization, assisting the Senior Executives and supporting the staff team
• Primarily responsible for record-keeping and information tracking
• Maintaining indent file, requisition slip, others file, Challans, Cash book, ledger book, voucher file, rent and service charges file, office operating cost file, communication (telephone/T.A.), bank transactions, recording daily flow chart.
• Bank reconciliation and all type of Tax handling.
• Preparing financial reports such as CMIS and SOE.
• To maintain inventory and stock registers.
• To maintain attendance register and leave record.
• Providing assistance in timely disbursement of salary.
• Undertaking and assisting in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts, and payments as required and instructed.
• Administering the petty cash system and ensure appropriate record keeping.
• Providing administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations including security, internet, telecommunication system, desktops, pantry services, basic amenities, etc.
• To act as the main point of contact for visitors and callers, including reception duties.
• Ensuring proper arrangement of logistics (space & refreshment) during meetings and in-house training.
• Arranging hospitality of guests of the organization as and when required.
• Management of time and priority setting & work planning and scheduling.
• Representing the organization at meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• To maintain close links and inform the Chief Executive of all issues likely to affect the smooth functioning of the organization.
• Undertaking such other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature from time to time as may be required, in consultation with the organization.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
