Assistant Manager – Human Resources
Supporting the conceptualization & design of HR strategic initiatives specific to the region s/he is supporting and help to drive the same
o Diversity hiring & retention
o Overall retention strategies
o Any other defined from time to time
o Implementation of all engagement activities
o Manage employee grievances & employee queries appropriately
o Employee relations
o Coaching & counselling
o Performance management and appraisal support,
o Training support, including identification of needs & design / identification of appropriate programs
o Career counselling / career development
o Support Investigations and disciplinary processes
o Statutory compliances
o Define & support collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis
o PMS
o R&R
o Insurance
o Others as defined from time to time
Qualification: MBA (HR) with 5-8 yrs experience.
