Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board or university

Work Experience-Relevant/Total Years

An applicant is required to meet both “Overall minimum flying experience” and “IndiGo experience” to be considered eligible for promotion.

1. Overall minimum flying experience

As on date of closure of IJP, an overall minimum flying experience of 05 years, including 01 year as CCIC/LCA is required for applying for promotion to a CCA position

2. IndiGo experience

As on date of closure of IJP, a minimum of 02 years of continuous service with IndiGo, out of which minimum of 02 years of service as LCA is required for applying for the position of a CCA

Desirable

Core Lead who have completed 1 year in dispensing their duties

Job Specification

• Monitor the work performance of the Cabin Attendants in terms of;

• Communication & Customer Interaction

• Overall Discipline of the Flight

• Undertake Flight Safety Checks for all Cabin Attendants & ensure proper Documentation of the same

• Submit Check/Progress Reports on individual cabin attendants to the Base

• Attend Briefings (pre/post flight) with the Lead & Cabin Attendants to establish standards and assign specific responsibilities.

• Conduct Overall personal appearance checks for cabin attendants to ensure that Grooming Standards & Uniform regulations have been followed.

Job Description

• Preflight Check all emergency equipment

• Ensures strict compliance to all D.G.C.A. regulations.

• Ensures customer service regulations are adhered to.

• Ensures flight is operated according to company standards & policies.

• Qualifies in the use of emergency equipment and procedures.

• Completing all necessary forms/ documentation (as required)

• Ensuring that security checks are completed.

• Checking cabin emergency equipment and Jump-seat.

• Checking demonstration equipment. Making sure demonstration equipment is returned to proper location.
