Full Job Description
Ensure that team members record delays for all delays on IndiGo Network in timely order.
Working in 24X7 shift and ensuring that all delays are correctly recorded and maintain list of discrepancy and pending delays.
Daily data on delays to be complied and shared with all operational department’s that will facilitate AM- DMC for regular delay meetings and analysis.
Will assist in Preparation of monthly Status Reports on various delay data, collate and analyze the delays details monthly, quarterly and annually.
Generate, maintain, analyze & present daily/ weekly/ monthly reports.
Standardize similar reports across departments and teams.
Undertake Trend Analysis of delay Data.
Aim at increasing productivity by developing automated applications; co-ordinating information requirements.
