Full Job Description
Assist in preparation of yearly Audit Plan.
Assist in preparation of Audit / Surveillance reports.
Assist in follow up from all departments for timely compliance on the findings / recommendations contained in Audits, Inspections, Surveillance etc.
Assist in maintenance of records of all audits, inspections, surveillance etc. carried out.
Assist updation of hazard log.
Assist in maintenance of risk assessment records.
Assist in follow-up on actions post risk assessment.
Assist in Maintain records and follow up on Hazard Reports.
Assist in follow-up with departments for timely closure of E-IOSA
Assist in follow up on audits, inspections, surveillance reports by external agencies
Assist in preparation of manuals / circulars / bulletin etc.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Chief / Dy Chiefs of Flight Safety
