Job Description:
Transit Delays – Maintain and analyze the monthly data for all the delays attributed to Flight Operations.
Updation of Pilot Records – Maintain yearly pilot records which comprises of various aspects like disciplinary, performance, recognition, EOM, etc.
Maintain record for Dependability and Sickness Monitoring – Monitor Pilot non-availability
PFMC+ Cases – Align Pilots for meeting at HO. Keep the records updated with all the stakeholders.
CRM Cases – Ensure each case is closed and feedback is shared with the concerned department with the help of Fleet Supervisor.
Pilot Reward & Recognition – Maintain complete record of all R&R nominations.
Handle Transportation Challenges – Collate the transport issues received and address with Admin team on a weekly basis. Conduct regular transport audits.
FDTL Records – Maintain record of regular FDTL extensions. Prepare paperwork and submit to DGCA, whenever FDTL exceedance occurs.
Analytical Tasks – Maintaining data and preparing various reports for senior leadership team.
Misc. assignments – DL creation and maintenance, maintain ferry flights data, track and maintain reports of counselling done at HO, or any other task as assigned by the Leadership team from time to time.

Job Specification:
Education: Graduate with a full-time degree from a recognized university/ board.
Experience: 1 to 3 years’ post qualification experience
Working knowledge of MS-Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Good team player
