Indigo Airlines Hiring for Manager – CSR & External Communications at Gurgaon Full Time

We are seeking a Communications Manager to drive External & CSR communications for IndiGo in India. Based in Gurgaon, this candidate will be responsible for media relations, reputation management, CSR comms/engagement and leadership communications among others.

Primary Responsibilities/Activities:

• Promote and protect the brand and reputation through media relations
• Actively promote and position the company’s business
• Support senior management in various external and stakeholder engagements
• Drive CSR communications/engagement initiatives of the company
• Work closely with regional teams
• Contribute to integrated communications planning across External Communications, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Events and Environmental, Social and Governance

Skills Requirements/Qualifications:

• Exceptional track record with 10 years plus experience with a multi-national organization or similar aviation business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Understanding of Indian and international business media, with established media relationships
• Excellent understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance landscape.
• Experience in crisis management and content creation for the aviation industry
• An enthusiastic self-starter with multi-tasking abilities
