Job responsibilities involve but not limited to :-
Repair & Maintenance: Ensure PMS Schedule .Ensure compliance as applicable.Oversee safety of buildings and grounds

Manage the layout planning for Infra to run the facility & Support ProjectsCreate Purchase order & comparison studyAssets management: To co-ordinate and ensure that all the required items for proper functioning of offices are procured well with-in the budget & timelines following all the processesEnsure that all facilities, furniture, fixtures and equipment and other assets are properly and carefully maintained & updated in fixed assets register /SAP.Ensure the physical verification of office property and stocks at least once a year and ensure the maintenance of stock registers accurately.Maintain all the Inventory records and follow all the norms and processes as specified in the policyCreate Capex Indent Justification in SAPHouse Keeping: Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, Cafeteria and housekeeping consumable establishing policies, procedures and work schedules.Optimization of Resources: support developed systems to economize on consumables as far as possible, without compromising quality and ensure that wastefulness is avoided.Ensure proper standards of health, hygiene and safety in facilities .Ensure regular supply of good drinking water and adequate sanitary facilities in premises.Engage quality services and monitor them on a daily basis with utmost care; report any damage or bad quality to concerned and initiate necessary steps to correct the sameQuery Management : Provide timely resolution through ESS for any/all employee suggestions, concerns or complaints for day today operations.Bill Processing : Process bills related to designated area i.e. maintenance , electricity, AMC, Housekeeping services /Agencies etcManage complete technical operation like Power/DG/AC/Electrical etc.Vendor Management: Complete end to end vendor management of day today operations .Proactively think through the measures that need to be implementing in safeguarding and optimizing utilization of resources related to Hygiene.Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring resultsAny other assignments as directed by management in course of dutyMIS Management with Budget control .
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional level experience8 to 10 years of relevant facility management experienceKnowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities managementMust be a well organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-startStrong communication and interpersonal skills
