Experience: min 8-10 years in the related domain
Required Skills: Good communication skills – written & spoken both, team player, organizational skills & time management with efficient computer skills.
Age Bar: 35-40 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute the recruitment strategy effectively ensuring the right talent is ready at the right time and influence the entire recruitment process to provide direction on talent needs.
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, contracts, training, and development).
Deal with grievances and disciplinary procedures for all employees in coordination with the concerned institute / principal.
Position profiling, Job description & competency mapping for all employees to be kept updated, monitor all employee leaves plans if they are in accordance with the applicable policy.
Ensuring implementation of all the HR policies & guidelines as per Institutes requirements.
