Job Summary

Visa Officer- will be responsible for providing comprehensive visa services. Assisting students for documentation and processing of visa for Studying Abroad. Maintaining the strong relationship with student and ensure timely execution of visa process. Person will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting clients through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

 Counselling applicants for visa process and documents.

 Handling Visa Queries of study visa.

 Co-ordination with student and internal team for documents required for Visa filling.

 Quality check of the documents for offline and online submission.

 Filling of visa application amp; taking appointment

 Tracking the visa application status.

 Sending regular updates to students and counselor.

Requirements

 Must be a Graduate with any specialization.

 Should have knowledge about Visa filling process and requirements.

 Should have good command over English Language

 Knowledge of SOP (preferred)
