Senior Manager – Sales (Hospitality Industry)

Location – Delhi

Company Profile – For IFCCI’s client – A Luxury Members based Club.

Job Description –

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate and individual clients to generate leads and drive membership sales.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing department to create promotional campaigns and materials to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and efficient conversion of leads into memberships.
• Monitor and track sales performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the club’s amenities, services and membership options to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Front Office operations, F&B department etc to ensure smooth execution of memberships and excellent member experiences.
• Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, emerging technologies to continually improve sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.

Profile Required:

– 5 to 7 yrs. of experience in Luxury Hotel Chains in Sales, Business Development, New Client Acquisition and Key Account Management.

– Proven experience in corporate relations, business development.

– Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders like High Net-worth individuals.

– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

– Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.

– Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
