Key functional area:
Expertise in Revit Architecture

Ability to model with LOD (Level of Detail) 350 minimum

Ability to create parametric families

Should be aware of BIM Process

Knowledge of Reading Drawings (Floor Plans, Elevations, sections)

Artistic talent and computer skills

Should be aware about work sets collaboration BIM 360

Must be Familiar with all latest software versions

Maintain & monitor project reports, time sheets & other documents

Key responsibilities:
Handle the tasks independently

Attention to details and an attitude to never compromise with quality

Responsible for completion of error free tasks with quality & delivery of projects on timely manner.

Execute tasks independently as well as along with team by studying customer’s requirements.

Maintain all MIS systems on daily basis

Requirements

Job position: BIM Modeler

Qualification: BE Civil

Experience: 1 – 4 years of experience using Revit Architecture
