Indulgeo Essentials Hiring for E-Commerce Manager at Gurgaon Full Time

Hiring an Ecommerce manager at Indulgeo Essentials who will be responsible for the online sales of the brand. They will be responsible for generating sales via multiple online channels.

Responsibilities:

• Listings: Develop, maintain and optimize Amazon listings to drive sales, traffic, and visibility. This would also include monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, reviews, and ratings.
• Campaigns: Create, optimize, and manage all aspects of the campaigns, including setting up tracking, bidding, and targeting. You would also have to analyze data and utilize A/B testing to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement in listings and campaigns.
• Report: You would have to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets to ensure efficient and effective performance.
• Liason: Manage communication with Amazon regarding account health, performance, and policy compliance.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s ever-changing policies, algorithms and best practices.

-Manage online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting on E-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

-Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve performance on E-commerce platforms.

-Work with the marketing team in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition

-Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve sales on multiple channels.

-Analyse various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top

performance and achieve kpis

-Make reports on performance of the channels

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

1. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role

2. Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as ads for Amazon and Flipkart.

3. Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.

4. Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation.

Salary: ₹15,182.39 – ₹37,000.00 per month
