Job description:

Our company is actively looking for a confident and empathetic individual to join our team as a Purchase Officer. Your ultimate goal for this job position is to-

• Handling direct purchase of required components from Domestic Supplier,
• Procure all items well on time and in Quality,
• Price Negotiation, New Vendor evaluation & Development for material supply,
• Cost Analysis,
• Manage Supply Chain,
• Contract Negotiation,
• Procurement of all materials related to building construction,
• Liaoning with all project heads to keep updated on requirements,
• Vendor management, rate analyses, managing payments for them etc.
• Should be from Real Estate/Construction Industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Purchase of all building material
• Maintain relationships between suppliers and contractors
• Review all purchase requisition/ Purchase orders
• Negotiation with suppliers
• Develop and implement new purchasing strategies
• Evaluate the quality and price of products
• Cost comparison of material pricing

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Gender: Male
