Overview: We are a Chennai based group of software Development company and work with the apparel Industry on the latest technologies.We are looking for a ERP Manager ,who can also do multitaskingKey Roles & Responsibilities: Legal Risk Review and provide legal advice on Existing court Cases.Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.Provide and interpret legal information, in the best interest of the bank Policy development Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.Litigation management Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers. .Regulatory compliance Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the department for executive management meetings.Contract negotiation Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management attention.Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various Admin Activities.Administrative duties Develop effective liaison with Govt. and Quasi govt. Agencies to ensure effective and smooth execution of various matters, especially related to BMC.Develop and maintain cordial relationship with lawyers office bearers of Unions associated with litigation matter related to the Bank. Liaise with Police dept.To ensure quick filing and resolution of complaints of fraud, forgery taking place in Branches.Maintain detailed records of incidences and MIS of all license related to branches and office premises.Ensure timely renewal of all licenses. Attend all matters related to Municipal licenses and notices.Follow up of all litigation cases with regards to Security guard Board. Coordinate with Labour official as and when required.Draft replies related to legal cases and notices to Govt. and quasi govt. agencies. Coordinate with Vendors to ensure compliance of Security Guard Board act. Maintain records of bylaw infractions, permits, licenses, etc.Prepare reports on all latest amendments and brief the senior management. Skills Planning and Organizing Skills Communication Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR200,000.00 – INR600,000.00 per yearSchedule:
