Full Job Description
KRAs of the candidate -Handled Attendance & Payroll of all the Contractual & On-Roll staff.· Employees Database management over HR application and maintaining an archival of employee records for future reference.· Complete knowledge of Compliances i.e., PF, ESIC, PT & LWF.· Ensure generating PF & ESIC challan timely on a monthly basis· Generate Pay slips and send them to the employees.· Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements for salary calculations, variable processing, claim reimbursement, leave management and attendance regularizationCoordinate with team managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteriaSource applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networksConducting employee onboarding and helping plan training & developmentEngagement Activities on a monthly basis within the Budget.· Assisting with the performance management and review process· To highlight and help resolve any issues/challenges/employee relations within the office.· Ensuring to address employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.· Offboarding of employees-Transfer exiting employees’ essential knowledge and processing of FNF· Drafting and modifying the same according to Business needs.· Vendor Management· Comparing quotations of different vendors.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementPaid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:South, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Admin: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8130691910
