This role involves identifying risks, evaluating control weaknesses, and providing actionable recommendations to improve operations and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Audit Plans:

• Design and execute audit plans and strategies to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Tailor audit approaches to address specific business risks and objectives.

• Lead and Manage Audit Teams:

• Direct and oversee the activities of audit teams to ensure audits are completed on schedule and meet objectives.

• Provide clear guidance and support to audit staff to enhance performance and development.

• Risk Assessment and Control Evaluation:

• Identify and assess potential risks and control weaknesses within various business processes.

• Develop practical recommendations to mitigate identified risks and enhance control mechanisms.

• Audit Findings and Reporting:

• Review and evaluate audit findings to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Prepare detailed and comprehensive audit reports for presentation to senior management.
