Job description

We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team! As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and implementing tests that prove the functional and non-functional requirements of the system and also support our customers globally.

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting automated and manual tests to ensure the device created by developers fits its purpose. The job involves working around CAN bus networking, data loggers and other related technologies also knowledge in instrumentation would be preferred.

Technical Support Engineer duties and responsibilities

· Detect faults/bugs/issues in the device and report accordingly.

· Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify a solution to resolve Customer issues.

· Reproduce customer environment and test and validate fixes and workaround.

· Provide technical support for customers whenever they need help by phone or email, online and on social media.

· Answer questions about installation, operation configuration, and customisation of Influx Technology products. Please visit our website on product details.

Technical Support Engineer requirements

· Served in a similar role for at least one year

· Understand the uses and methods of testing.

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills (must)

· Knowledge about CAN Bus/automotive will be considered as an added advantage.

· Team player and good time-management skills.

· Great interpersonal and communication skills.

· Knowledge of datalogger, sensors, Instrumentations and its fundamental working principle would be an added advantage.

Salary: From ₹350,000.00 per year
