The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong emphasis on using Figma for creating stunning user interfaces and seamless user experiences. This role will involve close collaboration with our product, development, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing design across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- User Experience: Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Design Systems: Maintain and contribute to the development of a comprehensive design system to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all products.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on using Figma.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in using Figma for web and mobile applications.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other relevant design software.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically.
- Education: A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
