ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall 12+ years of technical delivery experience with a demonstrated track record of growing responsibility
• Mandatory Skills:
• Should act as a core member of an agile team driving the latest development practices
• Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec
• Good to have one of the following certifications: PMI Agile Certification, Safe certification, Scrum Master
• Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms (Azure) and languages a plus
• Good exposure to Azure compute services [Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake Store, Apache Spark, Synapse, Power BI, DevOps, SSRS].
• Quickly generate and update proof of concepts for testing and team feedback
• Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices
• Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges
• Effectively communicate to internal and external business partners on solution design
• Continuous Integration and Deployment, Source Control
• Experience in DevOps and test-driven development
• Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills
• Ability to interpret technical /business objectives and challenges
• Practices Agile Methodologies
• Must be able to Design High Availability applications
• Nice to have
• Working Knowledge on BI Tools like SSRS, Tableau, QlikView
• Familiar with Open-Source technologies
