Job Description

This position is for a customer, a technology company that reinvents the way enterprise applications are created, with our no-code platform. They accelerate their customers’ digital transformation journeys & empower them with an omnichannel solution for all touchpoints. Due to COVID-19 you may be currently 100% remote. But you are expected to work from their Pune / Bangalore office once the conditions become safe. Job requirements Opportunity

• Identify and analyze business requirements together with different stakeholders
• Design and develop their core web application – Skye
• Participate in code reviews
• Follow and improve their internal agile development process
• Production incident analysis and support

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science
• 8 – 12 years of experience in software engineering
• Fluent in English is a must to collaborate with international / multicultural team
• Proficiency in Java, the standard library, as well as in latest features like lambdas
• Object-oriented and clean coding best practices
• Deep knowledge in developing enterprise web applications using Java Spring
• Experience with the integration of external systems using SOAP/ REST
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Good knowledge of development tools like IntelliJ IDEA, GIT, Maven, CI tools
• Deep understanding of database technologies / SQL
