Must Have

• Graduate in any stream
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in HR Operations
• Results and deadline driven
• Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills
• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)
• Experience in Team handling
• Good experience in coordinating with customer and vendor for inputs and validation
• Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)

Must Have: Benefits Administration , Compensation Admin, Employee Engagement Admin, Performance Management Admin, Shared Service Generalist, Hire to Retire )

Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday etc.)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience- 6-7 years of experience

Shift timings: US Shifts

Education: Any Graduate (15 years Education)
