Assistant Accountant: 1 years exp after graduation

•Invoice Processing Po and Non PO

•Payment processing and Banking

•Vendor query Resolution

•Communicating with Suppliers & resolving their queries

•Reconciliation of Vendor Accounts & Employee expense Processing

•Statement Reconciliation

•Vendor Clearing

•Other Monthly Reporting

•Month Closing Activities & End Reporting

•Good written and verbal communication

•1 Plus years of experience.

•Candidate should be excellent with MS Office skills.

OTC Collections:

Assistant Accountant: 1 years exp after graduation

Accountant (SAP EXP Mandate) & Collections (Voice): 2 years exp after graduation

• Cash Application and allocation
• Collections connecting with customers through emails and phone
• Understanding on Credit Management
• Credit Insurance and follow-up
• Forecasting of cash flows
• Order approvals
• Other Monthly Reporting
• Good written and verbal communication
• Hands on working knowledge of SAP

Note: There will be a domain assessment conducted, please carry simple calculators for the same**
