Role – Consultant/Senior Consultant – Public Policy

Practice – AI Transformation Consulting, India

Location – Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune

We are seeking an experienced Policy Consultant to join our dynamic fast-growing AI consulting practice team and help shape the future of Responsible AI. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing existing frameworks, guidelines, and best practices around the ethical development and deployment of AI systems. We encourage people willing to work from the office or client location at least 3 days a week. We prefer immediate joiners who can join us within 30 days.

About the team

AI transformation consulting (ATC) practice is part of the Global AI-First transformation practice and is responsible for

• selling and delivering AI, Analytics advisory services in India, selected regions in Asia Pacific and the Middle East
• driving the value realization office for transformation programs using our proprietary Infosys Value Management (IVM) platform
• working closely with our global teams in delivering AI, Automation and Data engagements for some of our global clients

Being a horizontal unit, we work across sectors – Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Consumer & Retail, Telecom, Services, Utilities, Resources & Energy – and collaborate with the other vertical practices of Infosys Consulting and also with different units of Infosys. The team was formed in Q1, FY22. The current team size is 40 and we aspire to be a 100-member team by FY26.

If you join us, some of your responsibilities are to…

• Work closely with AI leadership to shape the Responsible AI offering and proactively pitch to clients on Responsible AI current state assessment and policy formulation
• Work closely with AI leadership in delivering engagements of Responsible AI – policy review, audits
• Help organisations draft Responsible AI policies
• Work with leadership in amplifying Responsible AI in the market

To be successful in this role, you must have the following…

1. Self-motivated, good attitude, collaborative and team player.
2. Structured problem-solving capabilities with good presentation skills. Very good at researching, generating data-driven insights & preparing impactful stories.
3. Ready to travel within and outside India on short notice. Ready to work from the office (base location) at least three days per week.
