Qualifications:
- MBA/B. Tech with prior experience in Supply Chain Planning space and understanding of statistical forecasting, inventory management, MRP, scheduling etc.
- Experience of E2E Supply Chain Planning tool implementation and good understanding of application capabilities/ delivery models /functionalities is a plus
- Understanding and application of statistical concepts to solve business problems
- Expertise in Supply Chain Domain and Project Management
- Possess data analytical and problem-solving, communication and co-ordination skills

Job Summary: Infosys Consulting is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to support Supply Chain Planning Platform implementation (Kinaxis, O9, SAP IBP/ APO, BlueYonder, etc.) for clients in Manufacturing, Automotive, CPG, and Lifesciences sectors. You will leverage your expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Project Management to gather requirements, configure and integrate solutions, train users and ensure a successful go live. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and conduct workshops to capture current planning process, analyze the information captured and identify opportunities for improvement and define to-be workflows
- E2E implementation of Supply Chain Planning Solutions (Design, Integrate, Test, Deploy, Support)
- Will be responsible for Supply Chain Planning system settings and configuration (including custom configurations), optimization of resources, monitoring usage and implementing solutions designed for the best usage of planning system
- Work on implementation plan, including integrations, data modeling & functional design and end user training
- Indulge in planning system architecture design with deep understanding of the data models and DSMs, provide Inputs to Solution and Integration Consultant and guide the clients on technological best practices in the industry
- Support Solution Consultant and Project Manager by providing technical guidance throughout the configuration, testing and release of supply chain planning solution
- Explore and deliberate on possibilities of AI driven innovations for process improvements
- Take up a range of roles in the areas of digital strategy and transformation, functional consulting, process consulting, program management and change management
- Lead workshops to collaborate with client stakeholders and educate them throughout the process
- Lead/contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives
