Responsibilities : Scan the client business environment to identify areas of improvement, discover technology interventions, conceptualize domain solutions, and help prioritize initiatives Lead solution discussions working with the Tech / Architect/ Product teams and facilitate scope definition and program related deliberations Own Process architecture, Requirements, Functional Specification and other consulting deliverables in technology-led transformation programs Support sales and marketing efforts working with the sales and presales team. Be part of the Bid management/ Proposal team providing domain and business contents Lead the efforts to proactively build solutions and POCs (proofs of concept) working with the technology team Additional Responsibilities: Location: Flexible (Preferred – Infosys India locations) Technical and Professional Requirements: Mandatory Senior consulting professionals or industry practitioners with about 11+ years of experience Expertise in at least one functional area – Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement, Logistics & Distribution, Customer Relationship, Sales, Channel Management, After market and Service Exposure to at least one industry segment – Automotive, Aerospace, Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, CPG or HiTech Hands on experience in the capacity of Advisory Consultant or Business Consultant or Domain Consultant or Product Manager. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Client interfacing and team skills Good to have Experience in working in cross functional teams of Project Managers, Architects, Tech SMEs etc. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) Working knowledge of ERP and other IT business systems Global experience, especially stints in the US, Europe or Japan
