Position – Executive AMT Execution

Location – Mayapuri, Delhi

Experience – 4-8 Years

Qualification – Graduate/ MBA

Responsibilities –

Daily followup on payment collection & update.

Releasing of Delivery Challan

Be after on follow up with Production & Planning team for material readiness.

Issue Proforma Invoice to customers.

Pending Order List to be updated daily / weekly / montly basis.

Accounts Ledger reconcilation of client on quaterly basis

Dispatch plan & Plan delivery sheet needs to be update daily basis.

Payment collection projection preparation & circulation in the starting of every month.

Requirements and skills –

Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role (https://resources.workable.com/collection-specialist-interview-questions)

Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques

Familiarity with laws related to debt collection

Working knowledge of MS Office and databases

Comfortable working with targets

Patience and ability to manage stress

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Skilled in negotiation

Problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree
