Job Description:
I’m searching for a dedicated and talented Customer Service Rep and VA who wants to grow with our firm rather than just work for it. With this position, you’ll have the opportunity to make extra money by recruiting new clients to utilize our software.
Tasks and job duties would include:
– Customer service is available via email and chat. During office hours, Monday through Friday, chat and phone help are available. Email and ticket assistance, on the other hand, is available seven days a week, with a fair response time that we will discuss.
– Learn the technical ins and outs of our SAAS app and software so you can help customers on a daily basis.
Demonstrate internet screen sharing (includes a bonus if you close the sale)
– Prospective consumers should be contacted via email and, if necessary, by phone.
– Set up new sign-up accounts to assist them (data entry)
– Assist with backend administrative chores such as reimbursements, subscriber cancellations, and managing many of the internet portals I use to manage my firm.
– Researching on the internet
