Candidate Requirement
Working for Initech will allow you to interact with clients and coworkers in a virtual environment where your education and development will be prioritized. You’ll also be in charge of developing financial transactions and reports that will enlighten and educate the client partners you’ve been allocated.
Essential Functions
The following functions will be performed on behalf of each of your assigned client partners.
Classify and record bank and credit card transactions accurately.
Create invoices, handle collections, and accept payments for bills.
Payroll should be processed in accordance with the payroll schedule.
Manage sales tax, sales receipts, and account reconciliation.
Close your books and fill up your payroll tax forms.
Distribute tax packages prepared by CPAs.
Assisting client partners with cash flow plans.
Examine current and previous financial results.
Learn how to use Office heads’ systems and processes and put them into action.

Work Environment
Job duties for this position will be performed virtually from your home office.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum formal education of high school diploma or GED.
A minimum of three (3) years of intermediate bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online is required.
Proficient computer abilities and a high level of comfort working in a digital environment.
Using QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook at an intermediate level.
