INMACS Management Services Limited Hiring for Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer at Goa Full Time

We are looking for an accountant with experience 3-5years for accounting role for onward deputation at one of our clients.

Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable

· Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
· Prepare and send invoices to clients
· Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
· Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
· Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances
· Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting
· Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
· Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments

Responsibilities for Accounts Payable

· Timely process invoices

· Monitor invoice submissions and vendor portals

· Review documents for accuracy and acquire payment authorization.

· Audit and process travel and expense reports in Concur Expense & Reporting.

· Verify and process timely payments.

· Research vendor inquiries, and resolve payable disputes.

· Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
