Roles and Responsibilities-Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department-Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner-Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organised calendar-Managing and organising paperwork and files-Providing general administrative support to the organisation-Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, such as maintaining records of payments and invoices-Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front office or reception area-Ordering office supplies and managing inventory-Providing customer service to guests and clients-Assisting other staff members as neededDesired Candidate Profile-Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail-Ability to multitask and perform tasks effectively-Ability to work independently and as well as a part of a team-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Candidates from hospitality industries will be given advantageOnly female candidate requireEducation Qualification : GraduateLocation: Netaji Subhash Place, PitampuraExperience: 1-2 yrsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Fixed shiftExperience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8929050713
