The Role

The role will be responsible for designing & developing learning interventions in multiple modes (ILT, vILT, and eLearning.

  What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computers Engineering or equivalent degree in Computer Science

• Ideally 4 – 7 years of experience

• Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

• Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them

• Create instructional materials (e-learning, videos, software tutorials, user guides, job aids, audio and video scripts, storyboards, assessments, etc.) that transform technical information into professionally written, engaging instruction or performance support content

• Identify learning objectives, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver content, including consulting with program owners and subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and content requirements

• Work collaboratively with a high-performing team of product analysts, developers, product managers, and support representatives to formulate qualified solutions

• Ability to break down complex, technical processes into simple, logical steps

• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product

• Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

• Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course

• Maintain project documentation and course folders
