The Role
The role will be responsible for designing & developing learning interventions in multiple modes (ILT, vILT, and eLearning.

What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computers Engineering or equivalent degree in Computer Science
Ideally 4 – 7 years of experience
Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs
Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Create instructional materials (e-learning, videos, software tutorials, user guides, job aids, audio and video scripts, storyboards, assessments, etc.) that transform technical information into professionally written, engaging instruction or performance support content
Identify learning objectives, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver content, including consulting with program owners and subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and content requirements
Work collaboratively with a high-performing team of product analysts, developers, product managers, and support representatives to formulate qualified solutions
Ability to break down complex, technical processes into simple, logical steps
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
Maintain project documentation and course folders
